Bachelor’s Degree Program in Mongolian Language and Literature Education

The Bachelor’s Degree Program in Mongolian Language and Literature Education is an accredited program recognized by the National Accreditation Council. Students admitted to the program have the opportunity to study with 100% government-funded scholarships, subject to applicable regulations.

Program Objective

The program aims to prepare competent and creative teachers by fostering professional skills tailored to individual learners’ characteristics and educational needs.

Program Learning Outcomes / Educational Objectives

Objective 1 (PEO-1):
Graduates will be able to express themselves effectively, develop and apply critical and creative thinking, generate innovative ideas, work collaboratively, conduct research using scientific methodologies, and propose well-reasoned solutions to complex problems.

Objective 2 (PEO-2):
Graduates will acquire the ability to analyze and evaluate social and institutional systems, including human rights, freedoms, values, and human development, from a comprehensive and critical perspective.

Objective 3 (PEO-3):
Graduates will demonstrate advanced knowledge and skills in linguistics, including language structure, meaning, content, form, variation, culture, and cognition. They will be able to analyze, interpret, and apply linguistic theories and research findings effectively in educational and scholarly contexts.

Objective 4 (PEO-4):
Graduates will develop competencies in literary studies, including literary theory, traditions, history, genres, movements, and criticism. Through literature and the arts, they will enhance cultural awareness, ethical values, communication skills, aesthetic appreciation, and civic engagement.

Objective 5 (PEO-5):
Graduates will gain in-depth knowledge of the history, development, cultural significance, and usage of the Mongolian written language. They will be capable of conducting research, producing analytical interpretations, and applying their expertise in educational and academic settings.
